摘要大学生专业认同度调查,对于大学生理性选择专业及择业就业有重大的意义。本文基于对广东学院的300名毕业生进行数据调查,对毕业生的专业认同度及其影响因素进行分析,探索提升大学生专业认同度的方法与措施。研究结果表明:1、广东金融学院部分2015届部分毕业生专业认同度的整体水平处于中等。在认知性以及情感性两个构面上的专业认同度水平度较高,而在行为性和适切性两个构面上的专业认同度水平较低。2、毕业生的性别、性格、专业、专业志愿选择方式、实习累计次数、家庭人均收入以及平均绩点在专业认同度的相关测量维度上存在差异。3、外部微观环境因素和外部宏观环境因素对专业认同度的不同构面存在一定的影响。为了提升大学生专业认同度水平,大学生应充分认识自己,选择合适专业;家长学校应发挥学生专业选择自主权;学校应加强专业学习环境建设、加强职业指导教育;大学生还应提高专业学习的适应能力。45052

Abstract
The survey of college students’ specialty identity degree is of great significance for college students' rational choice of specialty and employment. Being based on the data investigation of 300 college students who graduate from Guangdong University of Finance in 2015, this article were analyzed graduates’ specialty identity and its influence factors , and to explore the methods and measures of improving specialty identity degree of college students. The results show that: firstly, the overall level of graduates’ specialty identity degree was in the medium. In terms of cognition and emotionality of specialty identity degree level is higher, but in terms of behavior and fitness of specialty identity degree level is low. Secondly, gender, character, profession, major choice , internships , family income and grade point average have significant difference in specialty identity. Thirdly, external micro environmental factors and the external macro environment factors also have significant difference in specialty identity. In order to improve college students' specialty identity degree level , students should fully know themselves to choose appropriate profession; Parents and schools should play choice autonomy of profession for college students ; Schools should strengthen the construction of professional learning environment, and strengthen the education of vocational guidance; And college students should also strengthen the adaptability of professional learning.
