摘要：如今的社会压力横生，虽然人们的生活水平不断提高，但各方面的压力的影响也接踵而来。本文从企业员工的协助与发展出发，以压力放松营为例，运用企业社会工作的各项专业知识和技能，对如今社会的企业员工群体进行协助，并对企业社会工作的专业实践与实务路径进行探究。本文认为企业社会工作的主旨是照顾员工的感受，其个人发展和个人体验是非常重要的，在活动中尽量以员工角度思考其难题，并提出合理的解决方案以求达到助人自助的目的，并试图完善现有的企业员工协助不足，并浅谈压力这一问题的解决方案和专业知识。
