摘要本文用波特五力模型研究证券业环境变化影响证券公司竞争力：选用证券公司的资本规模、盈利能力、成长能力、风控能力运营管理能力五个指标反映证券公司竞争力，使用主成分分析法和SPSS软件对19家上市证券公司在上述五个方面进行评估，得出并对各公司的竞争力水平进行排名61287

本文先说明研究证券公司竞争力的意义、背景以及方法；然后说明国内企业竞争力概念有关定和理论体系以及竞争力评价方法；之后对国内证券业市场发展历史及业务模式和发展趋势进行介绍：然后使用波特五力模型，得出影响证券行业竞争力的因素，再通过主成分分析法分析证券公司竞争力，指出证券公司客户资源、资本规模、盈利能力、运营管理能力、成长能力、风控能力是证券公司竞争力的来源。

本文从网络等渠道搜集证券业协会报告、证券公司年度报表等数据，利用上述评估竞争力的方法对19家上市证券公司竞争力进行实证分析，得出各家证券公司竞争力优缺点，为证券公司进的发展提供参考。

In this paper, Porter's five forces model study of environmental change on the securities industry competitiveness of securities companies: the company's capital securities selected size, profitability, growth capacity, risk control ability operation and management capabilities five indicators reflect the competitiveness of securities companies, the use of principal component analysis method and SPSS software for 19 listed securities companies evaluated in these five areas, come to the level of competitiveness and each company's ranking

This article first explain the meaning of securities companies competitive research, background and methods; and then given instructions on the theoretical system and the competitiveness of domestic and foreign enterprises competitiveness evaluation methods concept; on the domestic market after the history and development trends and business models are introduced securities industry : then use Porter's five forces model, derived factor affecting the competitiveness of the securities industry, and then analysis method, a securities company competitiveness, noted that securities companies client resources, capital size, profitability, operational management, growth capacity through the main ingredient, risk control ability is a source of competitive securities company.

In this paper, the data collected from the network channels such as the Securities Industry Association report, annual reports and other securities, using the above method to assess the competitiveness of 19 listed securities company's competitiveness empirical analysis, the competitive advantages and disadvantages of various securities companies, securities reference into the company's development.
