摘要近年来,随着中国网络的飞速发展,中国人的购买力也越来越强,对商品的要求也越来越多样化,在品质上的要求也越来越高。特别是在2008年出现毒奶粉事件之后,国内海淘风就开始吹起。本文主要是以“海狐海淘”中的两个类目为例,从物流、仓储、选品等方面对两种主要的海淘方式的成本控制进行研究,对比两种成本控制方法的优劣势。总结得出:如果是中小型企业,正处于起步阶段,选择海外直发或者保税区一件代发的形式更有优势。如果企业已经相对成熟,销量在日均800单以上,选择保税区与海外直发相结合在成本控制上比较有优势。对平台销量好的分类商品进行自采仓储,库存可控性增强,由于销量好走货快,商品成本、仓储及物流费用都相对降低,整体成本降低。对于部分保税区劣势产品(不能进入保税区的产品、低客单价的彩妆等)进行海外直发。既增加了商品种类,还降低了整体成本。71253
