摘要：六西格玛管理方法在国内的应用日益兴起，其作为一类高效而成熟的管理方法对于企业管理的改进与提高起到重要的作用，也受到企业的广泛关注。但是，目前该理论在我国企业管理的应用中存在着各种不同的问题，没有发挥其实际的效果。本文旨在了解六西格玛管理在国内企业应用的现状，具体总结六西格玛应用中存在的问题，探究该理论在国内企业应用的发展。并基于六西格玛管理的构建理论,从国内企业质量管理及项目管理两方面分析其应用问题的理论本质。基于调研企业自身的内外环境对应用六西格玛的影响，探索符合我国企业特色的六西格玛实施策略，从而帮助企业更好的发展。71313

The Application of Six Sigma Management in Domestic Enterprises

Abstract: The application of Six Sigma Management in China is rising day by day. As an efficient and mature management method, it plays an important role in the improvement and improvement of enterprise management. It has also attracted extensive attention of enterprises. However, there are various problems in the application of the theory in the management of enterprises in our country, and the actual effect has not been brought into full play. The purpose of this paper is to understand the present situation of the application of Six Sigma Management in domestic enterprises, and to summarize the existing problems in the application of Six Sigma, and to explore the development of the theory in domestic enterprises. And based on the theory of the construction of Six Sigma management, it analyzes the theoretical essence of its application from two aspects of domestic enterprise quality management and project management. Based on the investigation of the impact of Six Sigma on the internal and external environment of enterprises, the paper explores the Six Sigma implementation strategy in line with the characteristics of enterprises in China, so as to help enterprises develop better.
