摘要:国家经济发展一直是人们关注的焦点,自改革开放以来,国家经济迅猛发展。诸多要素对经济发展起了不可或缺的作用,其中,物质资本等实体资本对于经济增长的贡献一直居于主导地位,呈连年上升趋势。但近年来,人力资本一直在促进经济增长;且国家目前重点关注人力资本,提倡对人力资本的积累、开发和利用,以促进国家经济的快速发展。通过对该问题的研究,了解人力资本能对经济增长产生多大贡献以及如何产生贡献,从而让人力资本今后能更好地促进经济增长。本文以上海为例,利用投资成本法,来估算2006-2015年由教育、卫生、科研和培训四个方面所形成的人力资本存量。再利用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数建立模型,从而探讨在上海经济增长的过程中,人力资本所做的贡献。通过实证分析,剖析人力资本对经济增长所起的作用,从而提出如何利用人力资本更好地促进经济增长的建设性意见。71333

An Empirical Analysis of the Contribution of Human Capital to Shanghai 's Economic Growth

Abstract:National economic development has always been the focus of attention, and since the reform and opening up, national economy has developed rapidly. Many elements of the economic development has played an indispensable role, among which, physical capital and other physical capital contribution to economic growth has been dominated, showing year after year upward trend. But in recent years, human capital has been promoting economic growth; and the country is currently focused on human capital, promoting the accumulation, development and utilization of human capital to promote the rapid development of national economy. Through the study of the subject, we can understand how much human capital can contribute to economic growth and how to contribute, so that human capital in the future can be used to promote economic growth well. In this paper, Shanghai is taken as an example, and we use investment cost method to estimate human capital stock in 2006-2015 formed by the education, health, scientific research and training. Then we use the Cobb-Douglas production function to establish the model to explore the contribution of human capital in the process of Shanghai's economic growth. Through empirical analysis, the paper analyzes the role of human capital in economic growth, and puts forward constructive suggestions on how to make better use of human capital to promote economic growth.
