摘要：大学生，一个充满朝气与希望的新兴群体，但随着经济的发展，竞争的激烈，就业形势的日益严峻，大学生就业难这个问题已成为不争的事实。2014年，全国大学毕业生达727万，被称为“史上最难就业季”,而2015年，大学毕业生达749万，大学高校毕业生创历史最高，堪称“史上更难就业季”。为了拥有更多的工作经验，在毕业后更好适应社会，更快找到心仪的工作，不少大学生选择了校外兼职。然而随着大学生校外兼职情况的增多，与之相关的问题也随之而来。因此，本文首先采用文献法、问卷调查法和访谈法掌握当前大学生的校外兼职现状以及所产生的不良现象。其次，依照调查结果找出导致问题的主要原因。最后，针对这些原因制定一些有利于校外兼职的对策，帮助大学生更加顺利地进行校外兼职。71390

Study on The Problems And Countermeasures of College Students' Part-time Jobs -A Case Study of S College Students in Shanghai

Abstract: College students is a group which full of energy and hope. With the increasing of economy, fierce competition, and the serious employment situation, the employment problem of college students has become an indisputable fact.In 2014, the number of university graduates reached 7 million and 270 thousand in our nation, this was called "the most difficult employment season in the history, and in 2015, the number of graduates has become 7 million and 490 thousand, which is called" more difficult to be employed than last year ". Many college students choose to work outside the school in order to have more work experiences, adapt the society after graduation better, and find the job more quickly.  However, with the increasing numbers of part-time job, the related problems also arise.Therefore, this article use literature method, questionnaire survey method and interview method to master off-campus part-time job situations of college students and the bad results. Second, figuring out the main causes of the problem according to the survey results. Finally, the researcher offers some suggestions which focus on solving these problems and make a contribution of college students’ part-time job.
