摘要:随着我国经济形势的快速发展,社会对大学毕业生人才的需求一直在增加,因此大学生就业一直都备受关注。近年来大学生就业中出现的跳槽现象越发明显,成为一个值得关注的现象。本文针对大学毕业生的跳槽现象进行研究,面向2010至2016届的大学毕业生,通过问卷的形式了解他们毕业之后的就业情况、跳槽相关信息以及他们对跳槽问题的看法。分析导致大学毕业生跳槽的主要因素有:大学生心态不稳定、急功近利而选择跳槽;企业给的薪资低以及对应届毕业生的用人方案不当;高校对大学生的职业生涯教育不完善;社会对大学生过高的期待加重了他们的心理压力,同时缺乏相应政策规范大学毕业生就业。提出以下建议:79570
1、大学生应该保持谦逊的、学习的心态进入职场;2、企业应该尽量满足大学毕业生员工的心理需求,帮助大学毕业生度过职业适应期;3、高校继续深化改革大学生职业生涯规划教育;4、政府规范大学生就业政策。

Problems analysis and Countermeasures of university graduates' job hopping
Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economic situation, the demand for college graduates has been increasing。 Therefore, the employment of college students has attracted much attention。 In recent years, the phenomenon of job hopping in college students has become more and more obvious, and has become a noteworthy phenomenon。 This paper makes a research on the job hopping for university graduates, for 2010 to 2016 university graduates, the employment situation, understand their job after graduating from the relevant information and their opinions on job hopping problem through the form of questionnaire。 Analysis of the main factors leading to college graduates job: college students psychology is not stable, quick and choose to quit; the enterprise to the low salary of graduates in Colleges and universities for students of the improper scheme; occupation career education is not perfect; the society aggravate their psychological pressure on college students high expectations, while the lack of corresponding policies and regulations of university the employment of graduates。 Make the following suggestions:
Study 1, college students should maintain a humble attitude, entering the workplace; 2, enterprises should try to meet the psychological needs of university graduate employees, help graduates through the occupation adaptation period; 3, continue to deepen the reform of university occupation career planning education for college students; 4, the government to standardize the employment policy。
