氮氧化物是主要的大气污染物之一,能够导致光化学烟雾、酸雨等,对其的治理具有重要意义。选择性催化还原(SCR)技术是目前比较成熟的脱硝技术,运 用于去除氮氧化物时对环境是友好的。本论文通过共沉淀法和浸渍法制备不同形 貌的 CuFe2O4 催化剂。在共沉淀法中探讨了不同温度及表面活性剂对所得 CuFe2O4 催化剂的影响。对样品进行 XRD 和 SEM 表征。结果表明,随着水热温度的提高, CuFe2O4 的结晶度不断提高。表面活性剂 PVA 的加入也使得 CuFe2O4 的结晶度有所增 加,但是同时生成了副产物 CuFeO2。所得 CuFe2O4 催化剂的尺寸在 5μm 左右。在 浸渍法中研究了不同溶剂对 CuFe2O4 催化剂形貌的影响。用 XRD,TEM 对所得催化 剂进行表征,结果表明,以正己烷为溶剂所制得的 CuFe2O4 结晶度比以乙醇作溶剂 所得的 CuFe2O4 结晶度好。在进行催化性能测试中 CuFe2O4 催化剂的质量为 0.03g,68426

分别担载在 HZSM-5 和 SBA-15 上,担载量为 10%,温度区间为 120oC-450oC。结果显示当温度为 180 C-210 C 时,担载在 HZSM-5 上的 CuFe O 脱硝效率很高,接近100%。在相同催化效率下,温度比以 SBA-15 为载体的催化剂的温度低近 60K。

itle CuFe2O4 catalyst for the Selective Catalytic Reduction  of NOX  with NH3

 

 

Abstract

Nitrogen oxides are one of the major air pollutants which can cause photochemical smog and acid rain.So it is significant to control them. Selective Catalytic Reduction technology is a mature technology for now,which is environmental-friendly when removing nitrogen oxides.Different morphology CuFe2O4 crystals were prepared by co-precipitation and impregnation in this paper.The effects of different hydrothermal temperatures and surfactant with co-precipitation on the crystallinity were studied. The samples were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results indicated that with the increasement of hydrothermal temperature,the crystallinity of CuFe2O4 improved.The addition of surfactant PVA also had the effect but byproducts CuFeO2 appeared at the same time.The size of CuFe2O4 crystals is about 5μm.The effects of different solvents with impregnation were studied. The samples were characterized by XRD and TEM. The results indicated that the crystallinity of CuFe2O4 prepared by solvent hexane was better than that of ethanol.During catalytic performance test,the weight of catalyst was 0.03g ,they supported on HZSM-5 or SBA-15.The supporting amount was 10%.Temperature ranged from 120oC to 450oC .It showed that denitrification efficiency of catalyst was very high,approaching to 100%,when used HZSM-5 as carrier compared with SBA-15 during 180oC-210oC.The temperature of catalyst with carrier HZSM-5 was about 60 kelvin lower than that of catalyst with carrier SBA-15.
