摘要论文以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为反应单体,双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)为交联单体,叔碳酸乙烯酯(VV10)为功能单体,以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,选择 OP-10 与 SDS 的复合型乳化剂。制备出了带有酮基的核壳结构乳液,以已二酸二酰肼(ADH)作为交联剂,再利用酮基与酰肼基的反应,得到了室温自交联的丙烯酸酯乳液。考察了乳化剂、核壳比、软硬单体配比等因素对乳液稳定性、漆膜力学性能、涂膜耐水性和耐化学品等性能的影响,应用材料万能试验机、动态力学分析仪(DMA)、光泽度测试仪等对聚合乳液成膜性能进行了表征。71103

Preparation and performance optimization of high performance waterborne gloss paper coatings
Abstract:The paper considers butyl acrylate (BA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as the reaction monomer, the double acetone acrylamide (DAAM) as the cross-linking monomer, the tert-carbonic acid vinyl ester (VV10) as the function monomer.And it chooses the potassium sulfate (KPS) as the initiator, the composition of OP-10 and the SDS as compound emulsifier.It obtains a self crosslinking acrylic emulsion at room temperature from the reaction of keto and acyl hydrazin , which uses keto-acyl hydrazine (ADH) as crosslinking agent and the prepared core-shell structure emulsion with ketone.This paper tests the emulsifier, the effects of core-shell ratio, soft-hard monomer ratio and other factors on emulsion stability, mechanical properties of coatings, water resistance and chemical resistance.And the properties of polymer emulsion film were characterized by universal testing machine, Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer (DMA) and gloss tester.
