摘要:教育是一切的开端,在小学低年级这个阶段是小学生自我教育和自我管理的重要时期,教师和家长应自导和教育学生学会自我管理,既是被管理着又是主导者,本文通过对低年级学生自我管理的调查发现,学生的自我管理意识有增强的必要;学生的自我管理内容有待规范;学生的自我管理策略需要不断完善;加强家长对教育的关注程度。本文通过对这些现象的不足之处,在实践和理论结合过程中探索一种适合低年级小学生自我管理的培养方式。我们主要通过以文昌小学为例,对小学生自我管理能力的现状进行调查,从成因上分析了解造成这些不足之处的原因,然后,对低年级小学生自我管理能力的培养提出相应的建议,不断地加强自我管理方式的多元化、方法的选择更灵活。84722

Investigation on Ability of self-management of low grade pupils- A Case Study of Zhoukou City Wenchang primary school
Abstract: Education is the beginning of all, the primary grades at this stage is an important period for students self-education and self-management, teachers and parents should be self-directed and educate students to learn self-management, they are both manager and the leader, Based on low-grade student survey found that self-management, self-management of students with an enhanced awareness of the need; the student self-managed's content need to be standardized; students' self-management strategies need to be constantly improved; the degree of concern to be strengthen to parent in education。 Based on these phenomena deficiencies, this paper go on exploration and theory with practice during training methods suitable low-grade pupils self-management。 Mainly by Wenchang primary school, for example, the status of self-management skills students conducted a survey from the cause analysis to understand the causes of these deficiencies, and then the low-grade pupils to cultivate self-management skills make recommendations accordingly, constantly strengthen self-managed persified selection method is more flexible。
