摘 要学业拖延是学习过程中的一种常见现象。长期的学业拖延不仅使学生成绩下降,而且会对学生的身心产生消极影响。本研究通过对杭州两所小学两百余名小学生的学业拖延现状进行调查,分析发现:①小学生学业拖延行为普遍存在但并不严重。其中,小学生在自主性学习任务上最容易拖延,作业拖延次之,最后是备考拖延。②小学生的学业拖延在性别,年级,班干部与否,独生子女与否,成绩等变量上都存在差异。③小学生最容易出现拖延的学科是英语,然后是科学,数学,语文。④小学生学业拖延的原因主要有自控力不足、追求完美、任务难度大、时间管理能力差和学习兴趣不足。在此基础上,本研究提出了一些切实可行的教育对策来帮助小学生减少学业拖延行为,形成良好的学习习惯,促进其身心的健康发展。89768

Abstract Academic procrastination is a common phenomenon in the process of learning。 Long-term academic procrastination not only makes students’ grades decreased, but also will have a negative impact on students’ body and mind。 This study surveyed the status of two hundred students’ academic procrastination from two primary schools in Hangzhou, analyzed and found that: First, students’ academic procrastination exists but is not serious。 Among them, the students’ delay in autonomous learning tasks is the most serious, followed by homework delay, lowest in preparing for the exam。 Second, students’ academic procrastination are significantly different in demographic variables such as gender, grade, class leader or not, only child or not, test scores。 Third, the subject students most likely to delay is English , and then science, math, Chinese。 Fourth, primary school students’ academic procrastination reasons are mainly the lack of self-control, perfectionism, task difficulty, poor time management ability and the lack of interest in learning。 On those bases, the study proposed some feasible countermeasures to help students reduce delay, form good study habits, promote the development of their physical and mental health。
