摘    要 情绪的认知、调节对于儿童成长十分重要。它对幼儿成长过程中的良好社会性发展、健康心理状态等的健康形成，乃至幼儿一生的发展都有着非常重要的作用。本硏究旨在探讨情绪类主题绘本对儿童情绪认知和调节能力的影响。通过观察法、文献法、访谈法等研究方法，以及在幼儿园实习的3个月期间，通过与幼儿朝夕相处，发现情绪类主题绘本的作用。情绪类绘本在中班的运用：教学集体活动、区角、表演游戏等。从中得出以下结论：90315

情绪类主题绘本是幼儿认知情绪的启蒙，它是幼儿认知、调节情绪的主要渠道。情绪类主题绘本对幼儿情绪的认知和调节能力有显著影响。

 本研究结果为幼儿园今后开展幼儿情绪认知和调节提供一定的参考和建议，对幼儿教师在开展幼儿情绪方面有一定的参考和建议。

Abstract Emotional cognition,and regulation is very important for preschool children, and is of vital significance for their social development , the formation of healthy mental state and their lifetime development as well 。 This study aims to explore emotional theme picture books’ effects on preschool children’s ability of emotional cognition and regulation 。During 3-mouth internship in the Kindergarten together with children morning and night, emotional theme picture books are applied to middle class children’s activities,such as group activities,special activities in corners,performances,games and so on 。By means of observation,literature,and other research methods,following conclusions can be drawn from these applications。 

   emotional theme picture books are an enlightenment to preschool children’s emotional cognition and main channel for their emotional cognitive and regulation。 Emotional theme picture books have significant effects on preschool children’s ability of emotional cognitive and regulation 

  The results of this study may offer help in kindergartens with emotion cognition and regulation in the future, and can be a reference or suggestion for kindergartens teachers
