摘要中小企业是我国经济发展的中坚力量，国家为了改善中小企业普遍存在的融资难问题采取了诸多措施但问题并未得到有效解决。2006年服务于高科技中小企业的“新三板”市场开始发展，为其提供了一个股权转让与定向增资的平台。2013年前新三板市场存在着流动性差容量小等问题，但随着2013年各项政策的出台，新三板市场正在日益完善从而更好地服务中小企业。86844

本文首先大致梳理了新三板市场的发展历程，结合主要交易制度的介绍，着重分析了新三板对中小企业的融资效果，从而体现出新三板市场对中小企业的融资作用，并在此基础上揭示中小企业利用新三板市场进行融资产生的问题，最终提出相关建议。

Analysis of three new board financing effect

Abstarct Small and medium sized enterprises are the backbone of China's economic development， In order to improve the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises， the problem of financing has not been solved effectively。 2006 services in high-tech SMEs， three new board market began to develop， it provides a platform for equity transfer and directional replenishment。2013 years ago， new three board market liquidity is small and other issues， but with the introduction of the policy in 2013， three new board market is increasingly perfect and better services to SMEs。

At first， this paper generally reviews the development of the new three board market， combined with trading system， focuses on the analysis of the new board for small and medium-sized enterprises financing effect， which reflects the new three market for small and medium-sized enterprises financing role， and on this basis， reveal the benefit of small and medium-sized enterprises with the three new board market financing problems， finally puts forward related suggestions。
