摘要：中国是世界上最大的猪肉生产和消费国，猪肉是我国城乡居民肉食食物中最主要的肉食选择，也是其CPI计算的重要组成模块，它的价格高低极大程度影响人民的生活。本文以猪肉价格短期波动为切入点，通过对猪肉价格短期波动特征规律性分析，探讨我国猪肉价格的波动状况及其原因，揭示猪肉价格发展趋势，进而提出采取有效措施，具体可通过建立有利的市场信息体系；加强建设生猪生产与猪肉风险预警机制；加强对疫病的预防意识与提高生猪养殖技术含量；提高生猪生产的产业化发展水平，拓展生猪相关链条；完善生猪保险制度；完善猪肉储备系统等措施，引导我国生猪产业置身国内外背景下实现可持续发展，取得规避与控制生猪价格波动风险的良好效果。  83607
