本文主要分为 3 个部分: 1。首先介绍了什么是砂带磨削,砂带磨削在国内外发展的现状以及研究方向,本文的研究目的和研究内容。 2。其次是砂带磨床的机械系统设计,通过对于砂带加工特点以及其加工的工艺性的分析,初步确定设计方案。根据方案设计,介绍工作流程和工作原理。 3。确定好了工作方案,根据设计要求,确定主要工作参数,根据主要技术参数确定电动机的型号、传动系统以及运动系统的尺寸以及对主要零件进行校核, 使其能具有良好的强度和稳定性。利用三位绘图软件绘制装配体,对于整体设计 方案进行优化。
