摘要:如今的生活节奏加快,年轻人不喜欢随身带有储水的设备,所以瓶装水的趋势是非常明显的,所以饮品的流水线全自动化是非常必要的。瓶装水自动检测系统在我的设计中是由三部分组成的第一部分是最主要的流水线,第二部分是机器视觉检测系统,第三部分是机械手部分。流水线部分是瓶装水的输送,检测部分是检测是否贴有标签,机械手的部分是将不合格的产品从合格的产品中取出。78152
我设计的流水线体现了现代工业的全自动化。其中不需要任何人力的介入。完全由设备代替,大大得节省了人力,并且极大得提高了效率,这就是我设计出这款自动检测系统的意义。这也是一个饮品需要走的必经之路,因为瓶装水更加符合现代人的价值观——方便快捷。
