摘要伴随着近年来经济发展引领的建筑行业的不断发展,装修行业也逐 渐蓬勃起来。玻镁板作为一种有复合性能的新型装饰材料,具有防水防火, 价格低廉等优点,自投入使用以来,市场需求急剧增加。随着生产规模 的扩大,玻镁板的生产也逐渐批量化,规范化,并且趋向自动化。对玻 镁板的生产过程进行研究分析,发现了现阶段广泛存在的问题是,由于 玻镁板入笼满载后,需要对笼子进行跟换,这时生产线必须暂时停止, 浪费的大量的时间,提高了人工与时间成本,不利于玻镁板的大规模生产, 亟待改进。82798
本文作者分析了目前国内生产线对这一问题的主要解决方案, 查阅 并追踪了国内外相关研究,总结归纳了影响和导致生产线暂停的根本原 因。在上述研究的基础上,研发设计了一种新型的玻镁板入笼机构,对 这一问题给出了解决方案。本文基于入笼机构的功能需求分析,提出了 2 种可行的入笼机构初步设想。在对各方案进行了比较之后,选择最优方 案进行详细设计。本文重点对优选方案进行了详细设计,对其进行了受 力分析。充分考虑了机构的机械制造工艺性和经济性,在满足工作需求 的前提下,选择经济可靠的标准件、设计结构合理的关键零部件,并对 对其链传动、丝杠螺母机构以及铰支与液压缸等关键部件其进行校核。
本文还对玻镁板的二次滚压光整结构进行了设计,增加自动化的程 度,使玻镁板的质量更加稳定,对关键的零部件蜗轮蜗杆与螺杆螺母副 进行校核,对市面上已有的标准用件进行选择。

Abstract With the development of construction industry caused by the development of economy, the great achievement in the construction and decoration industries has been made。 As a new type of decorative materials which has composite performance, glass magnesium board has the advantages
of fireproofing、waterproofing and cheap。 Since it was used, the market demand has been increased sharply。 With the expanding of the scale of production, the production of glass magnesium board are gradually change into manufacturing(TIM), specification and automation。 Through the analysis of the process of producting glass magnesium board, found a widespread problem。 The problem is that when we change the cage after the cage is filled of the glass magnesium board, production line must be temporarily suspended, which waste a lot of time, improve the artificial and time cost。 This problem is not conducive to the mass production of glass magnesium board, which is need to be improved immediately。
In this paper, the author analyzed the domestic main solution to solve the problem, Checked and tracked the related research at home and abroad and summarized the fundamental reason which influence and result in production line suspended。 On the basis of the above research, the author research & development and design a new kind of device which used to push,and give the solution of the problem existing in the production line。 In this paper, based on the analysis of functional requirements of the device, put forward two preliminary ideas about the device。 After comparing each scheme, the author chose the best one to design with the detail。 Considering the economical efficiency and the manufacturing technology of the device, we chose the economic and reliable standard component,designed reasonable key component and proofread the chain drive, leadscrew-nut mechanism, clamped and the hydraulic cylinder。
In this this article,we still improved the rolling device whichis used to makesure that board’s surface smoothness。 This device can improve the degree of automation, make the quality is more stable。 And we also designed the device in detail。
