摘要本文以按钮组件的注塑成型作为研究对象,对按钮组件产品注塑成型工艺、模具设计等进行了较为系统的设计。按钮组件整体体积小、结构也较为复杂,因此对注射成型模具和成型工艺的要求比较高。按钮组件注射模具设计制造的最大难点在于分型面、浇注系统、脱模机构的设计。83530
本课题中所涉及的尺寸、数据和产品结构均来自工厂企业生产的实际图纸。以工厂实用为原则,进行注塑模具的设计。本设计首先全面的论述了塑料,模具,及Pro/ENGINEER的基本设计理论,之后主要应用Pro/ENGINEER 5。0来进行按钮塑料模具的零件造型和模具设计,最后通过对塑料制件的各种参数进行运算,使用EMX 工具来进行调用模架进行最终设计。
