摘要:以‘砀山酥梨’作为实验材料,以叶面喷施0.25%、0.5%、0.75%外源钙作为处理,以喷施清水作为对照,研究了不同钙浓度处理对梨果实石细胞及相关过氧化物酶的影响。结果表明,喷施0.25%、0.5%氯化钙能降低石细胞含量、木质素含量,显著提高细胞质过氧化物酶(POD I)、细胞壁结合过氧化物酶(POD II)两种过氧化物酶(POD)活性;而喷施0.75%氯化钙则会使石细胞含量、木质素含量、两种POD活性增加;石细胞、木质素含量、POD II在果实发育期间都有先增后减的变化趋势。得出结论,叶面喷施0.5%氯化钙的栽培措施对减少石细胞的效果最好;相较POD I,POD II与石细胞形成有更大相关性。 25677 毕业论文关键词:梨;石细胞;木质素;POD
Effects of Exogenous Calcium on the Formation of Pear Stone Cells and the Different Forms of POD
Abstract:Choosing ‘Dangshansuli’ as experimental materials, the treatment group was sprayed with 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75% exogenous calcium. The control group was sprayed with clean water. The results showed that spraying 0.25%, 0.5% calcium chloride could reduce the content of stone cell, lignin content and the activity of cytoplasmic peroxide(POD I) and cell wall bound peroxidase(POD II); spraying 0.75% calcium chloride could increase the content of stone cell, lignin content and the activity of peroxide(POD); the contents of stone cells, lignin and POD II increased first and then decreased during fruit development. Spraying 0.5% calcium chloride on the leaves is the best way to reduce stone cells; In contrast to POD I, there was a great correlation between the POD II and stone cell formation.
