摘要:展青霉素(patulin)是由多种致病真菌产生的一种次级代谢产物,它主要存在于已经霉变的水果之中,时刻对农业造成威胁并由此危及人类的健康。而拮抗酵母作为一种新型的生物防治病害的方法逐渐成为国际学术研究的热点。本课题选用人肝癌细胞系(HepG2细胞系),从细胞毒性和细胞凋亡两个方面对拮抗酵母降解展青霉素后的产物及其拮抗酵母本身进行安全性评价。结果表明拮抗酵母对细胞基本没有损伤,安全无毒性;并且能够降解展青霉素,显著降低展青霉素对细胞的毒性,从而提高了细胞的存活率。为评估其对人类健康的危害提供了实验室的理论依据。93459

Abstract: Patulin is a secondary metabolite which is produced by several morbigenous fungal species。 It mainly exists in various fruits and fruit products which have gone moldy。 And also these products pose a threat to agriculture, and consequently to human health at every moment。 Moreover, currently, antagonistic yeast attracts increasingly attentions from all over the world which acts as a newest Biological control method。 In this study, HepG2 cell lines were chosen as a model which evaluated the safety of antagonistic yeasts and the products that degraded by antagonistic yeasts from the toxicity and apoptosis of cells。 The experimental results indicate that the antagonistic yeasts were non-poisonous and did not harm to cells。 Apart from that, the antagonistic yeasts can degrade the patulin effectively。 They also can enhance the cell viability obviously through decreased the toxicity of patulin。 This research will provide the theoretical basis to appraise the harms to the health of human beings。 来自优O尔P论R文T网WWw.YoueRw.com 加QQ7520`18766
