Analysis of Growth Slaughter Performance of Different Hybrid Offspring of Sasso.
Abstract：In this study, in order to filter the hybridized combination with high growth rate and excellent meat quality of local chicken breeds with slow growth and good meat quality. For the first time, the Sassau chicken was hybridizated with different local breeds (Baiyu broiler, Lianshui chicken, Hailan layer). Every two weeks before 12 weeks of age, three hybrid offspring(Sasso-Baiyu hybeid chicken, Sasso-Lianshui hybeid chicken，Sasso-Hailan hybeid chicken) were used to determine the growth slaughter performance of 12 inpiduals, and a simple correlation analysis was carried out. The results showed that the growth rate and the slaughter rate of Sasso-Baiyu hybeid chicken were higher than those of the other two hybridized combination ; the growth rate of Sasso-Lianshui hybeid chicken is higher than that of Lianshui chicken , the slaughter rate was not significant;the growth rate of Sasso-Hailan hybeid chicken is slower than 817hybeid chicken,the slaughter rate is lower than 817hybeid chicken. Combining with the above indexes, the growth and slaughter performance of Sasso-Baiyu hybeid chicken and Sasso-Lianshui hybeid chicken is fine. Sasso-Hailan hybeid chicken is not conducive to cross-use.

引言：
随着经济的发展，生活条件的改善，消费者对禽肉的需求出现变化趋势，单一的生产白羽肉鸡已不适应我国消费市场所需。所以市场上出现了以广东温氏为代表的仿土鸡产业化，以山东为代表的肉蛋杂交鸡（817）的产业化。
我们有许多地方鸡种资源，这些鸡种的优势是肉质优、抗病力强；这些地方鸡种在我国很多地方多采用饲养周期长，且让母鸡产蛋后再做成汤煲以食其美鲜汤。但这些地方鸡种普遍存在的问题是生长速度慢，饲料转化率低，饲养成本高，除煲汤外很难再进行其他方面的加工食用。所以市场出现了一方面不愿食用白羽肉鸡，而一方面又找不到用其他鸡来进行加工食用，以致出现了大量充塞市场的817鸡，且一发不可收拾。
