摘要:叶片是植物最主要的光合作用器官,水稻(Oryza sativa L.)苗期叶色失绿是水稻中一种较常见的重要突变性状,叶色变异是高等植物中突变频率较高且易于鉴定的突变性状。本实验以60Co-γ辐射诱变的日本晴突变体库中筛选到的水稻黄叶突变体yl1为实验材料,对其苗期、抽穗期的表型进行观察比较,并在其成熟期对其农艺性状进行测量;同时对突变体yl1的叶绿素及与光合作用相关的元素含量进行测量对比。利用SSR和Indel分子标记,初步将该基因定位于水稻第3染色体短臂上InDel标记SH111和SH112之间725 kb 的染色体区间。34104

Physiological analysis and gene mapping of yellow leaf mutant in Rice
Abstract:Leaves are the main photosynthetic organs of plants .Leaf chlorosis in seeding stage of rice is a common important Mutation character,and leaf color variation is a mutation characteristic which is higher mutation frequency and easy identification in advanced plants. In this study, the new rice yellow leaf mutant yl1 was used as experimental material which is selected in nipponbare mutant library induced by 60Co-γ radiation. Observe and compare the phenotype in their seedling stage and heading stage, and measure the agronomic traits in their mature period; At the same time, measure and compare the Chlorophyll content and the element content related photosynthesis of the mutant yl1. Using SSR and Indel molecular markers, the gene was initially located between SH111 and SH112 markers of the range of 725 kb on the third chromosome short arm of rice chromosome.
