摘要:TCP基因家族转录因子是植物所特有的一种转录因子,对植物的生长发育以及各种植物的生理生化反应的信号传导有着重要作用。
本文在NCBI网站在线blast搜索得到TCP基因家族潜在的同源序列28条,我们进一步通过构建系统发育树来分析同源性序列间的系统发育关系,结果表明,PCF-1, PCF-2及TCP-9同属于TCP基因家族,却具有不同的来源。禾本科的PCF-1与PCF-2分别聚在了不同的分支,且支持率高。金鱼草的CYC基因作为外类群,单独形成了一个分支,但支持率低。34210 毕业论文关键词:禾本科;TCP基因家族;生物信息学
Gramineae TCP bioinformatics analysis of gene families
Abstract:Characteristic of the TCP transcription factor gene family is a kind of transcription factor,on plant growth and development as well as a variety of plant physiological and biochemical reaction of signal transduction play an important role.
In this paper,TCP gene families in NCBI website online blast search article 28 potential homologous sequences,we further the phylogenetic tree is constructed to analyze the phylogenetic relationship between homologous sequences,the results show that the PCF-1,PCF-2,TCP-9 and both belong to the TCP gene families,have different sources.Gramineae and PCF-1,PCF-2 respectively in the different branches,and high popularity.Snapdragon CYC genes as outside groups,separately formed a branch,but low approval ratings.
