摘要:水果多酚作为一种具有潜在促进健康作用的化合物,对人们的健康有着显著的促进作用。而且多酚的抗氧化功能可以对很多慢性病、癌症和衰老起到预防作用。但不同的水果中多酚的含量也是不同,因此我们很有必要去研究探索其中的差异。在本实验过程中,以没食子酸为标准品制定标准曲线,测定的标准曲线的回归方程为:y=0.0064x(R2=0.9949)。采用最常用的福林(Folin-Ciocalieu)法测定多种常见水果(苹果、香蕉、梨、橙子)中多酚的含量,波长设定在760nm,为了确保实验结果的准确性,我们对三种水果进行了重复试验3次,记录结果后用软件来分析了三者的相对标准差,最后的试验结果表明测定得来的数据基本准确,而在四种水果中橙子中的多酚含量是最高的,香蕉次之,梨最少。4204

Abstract: As a potential health promotion compound, fruit polyphenol plays a significant role in promoting the health of people. Polyphenol antioxidant has a function to prevent many chronic diseases, cancer and senium. Different fruits have different polyphenol content, so it’s necessary for us to explore the difference. In this experiment, we put Gallic acid as a standard to get a standard curve, and the standard curve is y=0.0064x(R2=0.9949). The most commonly used method (Folin-Ciocalieu) for analyzing polyphenols content of a variety of common fruits (apples, bananas, pears, oranges) is adopted by us. The wavelength is set at 760nm, we repeat the test three times to ensure the accuracy of the results, and then using software to calculate the RSD among the figures. The final results show that the content of polyphenol in orange has the highest, that of banana follows and pear last.
