摘要燕麦属禾本科,燕麦属,是我国的优质杂粮资源之一,具有极高的营养、医疗保健和饲用价值。燕麦不仅富含蛋白质、维生素、脂肪,淀粉和矿物质等,有许多其他活性次生代谢产物。这些活性物质主要包括燕麦、酰胺、酚酸、黄酮等酚类物质,以及非淀粉多糖。70162
本文以燕麦为具体对象,涉及燕麦中蒽酰胺类天然活性成分的提取分离及过程模拟优化、蒽酰胺成分质量评价和功效评价等。
燕麦蒽酰胺活性组分综合高效提取与制备采用乙醇溶剂进行目标组分的提取,应用响应面等设计方法预测并优化提取过程;采用大孔吸附树脂对目标产物进行分步纯化,筛选最佳的纯化策略并制定高纯度单体。
燕麦蒽酰胺功效评价采用清除DPPH自由基体外评价抗氧化活性,阐明燕麦生物碱的生物活性。

Abstract
Oat is one of the fine cereal resources in China. It has high nutrition, health care and feeding value. Besides rich vitamins, fats, starch and minerals, there are many other active secondary metabolites in oat. These active substances mainly include oat, anthracene amide, phenolic acids and flavonoids and other phenolic substances, as well as non starch polysaccharides.
In this paper, oat as the specific object, involving the extraction, separation and process simulation, optimization, quality evaluation and efficacy evaluation of the natural ingredients in the oat.
Avenanthramides active component of a comprehensive and efficient extraction and preparation by solvent extraction of the target component, application response design method to predict surface and optimize the extraction process; using macroporous adsorption resin purification step of the product, and to develop the best strategies for screening and purification of high purity monomer.
The antioxidant activity was evaluated by scavenging DPPH radicals, and clarified the biological activity of oat anthracene amide.
