摘要褐飞虱取食抗性水稻后会引起体内的代谢体系变化。本实验采用水稻敏感品系TN-1和抗性品系中浙优1号与IR56饲养褐飞虱,测定褐飞虱取食不同水稻品种后体内海藻糖含量及海藻糖酶活性的变化,并进一步研究解毒酶系中酯酶、细胞色素P450 ( cytochromeP450,简称CYP450 )和谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)及卵黄原蛋白(vitellogenin,Vg)等生理生化指标的变化。研究结果表明,褐飞虱取食IR56优和中浙优1号水稻后,海藻糖含量及海藻糖酶活性与TN-1组相比较均显著降低,表明水稻抗性对其具有调控作用。褐飞虱在取食抗性水稻后,Vg2的表达量极显著下降。GST的表达无显著性差异。酯酶和P450中的部分基因在取食抗性水稻的褐飞虱体内表达量较高,存在极显著差异。相关研究结果为培育良好的抗性水稻奠定基础。75239
Abstract Nilaparvata lugens(Stål) cause changes in the body's metabolic system after feeding on resistant rice。 This experiment adopts the TN-1 Sensitive rice varieties and other different levels of resistance rice cultivars, such as Zhongzheyou No。1 and IR56, to breed N。 lugens (Stål), and then ues them to determine the effects of trehalose content and the trehalase activity,and further to study N。 lugens (Stål) carboxylesterase, cytochrome P450 (CYP450), Glutathione transferase (GST),vitellogenin (Vg) and other physiological and biochemical indexes。 The research results show that N。lugens (Stål) on IR56 and Zhongzheyou No。1, trehalose and trehalase activity is significantly lower than TN-1 group ,it is indicated that the resistance of rice has a regulatory effect on it。After N。lugens (Stål) feeding on resistant rice,the expression of Vg2 is decreased significantly。There was no significant difference in the expression of GST。While the remaining of two detoxification enzymes: esterase and P450, part gene of them has high expression in the resistance rice N。 lugens (Stål) body, there are significant differences。Relevant research results lay the foundation for cultivating good resistance rice varieties。
