摘要:内生真菌广泛存在于我们的生活中,在健康的植株内随处可见,它是一种具有抑制效果、不会引起植株病害的真菌。1898年得到的第一株内生真菌距今已有100多年的历史,但当时并没有引起人们的关注,直到二十世纪九十年代才得以重视,逐渐地成为人们研究的对象。最近人们对内生真菌的活性物质种类研究颇多,主要分为抗菌剂和抗肿瘤物质两种。真菌的生物活性和代谢产物的研究主要集中在医学和农业方面,在工业、制药和食品等方面也有很大的应用价值。76469

青霉菌与人们的生活息息相关,常见于腐败的食品中,食用不当时会引起多种疾病的发生。因此为了人们的健康着想,对青霉的抑制菌展开了研究。本文介绍的青霉抑制菌是从香榧中分离出来的,可以抑制青霉菌,然后对分离的青霉抑制菌的形态特征进行鉴定、PCR测序。鉴定结果是该菌株属于黑孢霉(Nigrospora sphaerica)。

Separation,Purification and Appraisal of penicillium inhibitory bacteria from Torreya

Abstract: Endophytic fungi is widely exist in our life, and can be seen everywhere in healthy plants。 It is a kind of fungi which has the effect of inhibiting and can not cause plant diseases。 The first strain of endophytic fungi, which was obtained in 1989, has a history of more than 100 years, but not been valued until 1990s, and gradually become the object of study。 Recently, there have been a lot of studies about the species of endophytic fungi, Mainly pided into two types of antimicrobial agents and antitumor substances。 The biological activities and metabolites of endophytic fungi have been studied in medical and agricultural areas。 And also has the very big application value in the industry, the medicine and the food and so on。

Penicillium is closely related to people’s life, and it is common seen in corruption in food, edible undeserved can cause many kinds of disease。 So in order to people’s health, carry out a research on inhibition of penicillium bacteria。 In this article, the penicillium inhibitory bacteria belong to the Torreya and can activity against it。 Then identified and PCR sequencing on the sepration of penicillium inhibiting bacteria。 The experimental result is a kind of penicillium inhibitory bacteria belongs to the leaves of Torreya grandis。
