摘要:有效的师生互动是提高课堂效率的重要途径,因此改善课堂中的师生互动显得尤为关键。本论分成三个部分:第一部分是小学数学课堂中师生互动存在的不足。这部分主要从三个方面进行阐述的:第一方面是互动主体单一,师生互动主要面向个体学生;第二个方面是互动方式单一,以语言互动为主,忽视非语言互动。第三方面是互动过程程序化,主要是师生互动流于形式。第二部分分析了师生互动存在不足的原因,分别是从教育制度、教学方法以及教师个人修养这三个方面分析问题出现的原因。第三部分是根据不足及原因提出了小学数学课堂教学中师生互动的建议,分别是从实现新型师生关系、教师全面提高自身素养以及校园文化建设者三个方面提出的。93107

Abstract: Effective interaction between teachers and students is an important way to improve classroom efficiency, so to improve the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom is particularly critical。 This thesis is pided into three parts: The first part is the lack of interaction between teachers and students in primary school mathematics classroom。 This part mainly elaborates from three aspects: The first aspect is the interaction subject is single, and the interaction between teachers and students is mainly for the inpidual students。 The second aspect is the interaction way is single。 The interaction between teachers and students is mainly the language interaction and neglects the non-language interaction。 The third aspect is the interactive process is procedural, and it is mainly in the form of teacher-student interaction。 The second part analyzes the reasons of the lack of interaction between teachers and students, and it is from the three aspects of education system, teaching methods and teachers' personal accomplishment。 The third part puts forward the primary school mathematics classroom teaching teacher and student interaction proposal based on the shortcomings and reasons, and it is from the three aspects of the realization of the new teacher-student relationship, the teacher comprehensively enhances his own accomplishment as well as the campus culture constructor three aspects。

1 前言
数学课堂是师生之间、生生之间以数学知识为介质进行的一种沟通与交流。[1]在课堂教学中,教师应该指导学生认识到师生互动的重要性,让学生能够在教师和其他同学的帮助下,获得全面的发展。有效的师生互动有利于良好师生关系的发展,有利于教师发现问题,以达到教学相长的境界;有效的师生互动正顺应时代的潮流,改变传统教学一言堂的模式,有利于体现学生在数学课堂中的主体地位,引导学生的数学思考,鼓励学生的创造性思维发展。
2 小学数学课堂中师生互动存在的不足论文网
近年来,课程改革的实施与执行,使得师生互动被越来越多的教师关注。在小学数学课堂中,师生互动是课堂活力的表现,有效的师生互动能够为课堂带来生机,能够让学生和教师得到成长,但是在我们的数学课堂中,师生互动却不能达到理想的境界,存在一些不足,无法让每一位学生得到全面的发展。笔者从互动主体、互动方式以及互动过程方面指出不足。
