摘要：教师专业认同对教师专业发展具有重要影响．本文通过对数学师范生的问卷调查发现，调查的436名数学师范生群体中，整体上专业认同度一般，其中男生的专业认同感普遍比女生低；随着就读年级的增长，学生的问卷得分总体上呈上升趋势；仅在江苏省内数学师范生这个群体中，户籍所在的区域对其专业认同感的影响也是显而易见的，呈现从苏南到苏北由高到低的趋势．建议学校在培养数学师范生的教育过程中，不断激励师范生热爱教育事业，树立崇高的职业理想，全面提高自己的素质，培养学生的责任感和荣誉感，提升数学师范生的就业竞争力．74371

1  引言
