摘要随着经济社会的不断发展,我国体育健身运动蓬勃发展,群众体育、竞技体育与学校体育全面发展[1]。随着人民物质文化水平的不断提高,我国开始对群众体育和学校体育的要求更高[2]。本研究是立足于学校体育的基础之上,主要针对经常性的参与体育运动锻炼的学生与普通学生的身体素质进行对比,找出其中的差距,总结结论,提出合理性建议,推动学生参与体育运动锻炼活动,促进学校体育的发展。86985
本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、测试实验法和数理统计法,对在校学生中的经常从事体育锻炼和普通学生进行测试,测试结果发现,经常性的从事体育运动锻炼的学生身体素质明显好于普通学生。通过科学性的体育运动措施,对普通学生进行运动训练之后的重测,发现其明显好于之前,并和经常参与体育锻炼的学生差不多。在研究过程中,得出以下结论:要统一多方面了解影响学生参与体育运动锻炼的因素,从中得出,影响学生参与体育运动的因素有学生个人、家庭、学校以及社会四方面因素,最后针对影像学生参与体育运动的影响因素,提出合理化建议,促进学生全方位、多渠道参与体育运动锻炼,增强个人身体素质及身心发展。
