摘要随着社会的不断发展与进步,人们对于教育提出了更高的追求,实施了一场基础教育课程改革,它影响与改变着教学课堂,尤其体育课堂。面对陈旧的体育理念、陈腐的秩序、僵硬的纪律和制度,体育新课程焕发着生命的活力,不但解放了课堂、解放了教师,也解放了学生。但体育课堂的解放让一年级新生的体育课堂纪律的教导管理,成了一个关键问题。教师与家长普遍认为对于一年级的新生,体育课堂纪律无需做要求,也不必太重视课堂纪律规范。本文通过对一年级体育课堂教学管理的研究,发掘出小学体育课堂教学中所面临的各种纪律问题,并且通过含有15项问题的调查问卷,调查体育课堂纪律规范对于小学新生的主观约束力和行为规范的影响,以及体育课堂纪律规范对其他学科教学纪律的影响,统计并加以分析,从而得出体育课堂纪律规范的重要性,不单是为了保证教学质量以及课堂教学的顺利进行,而且也增强了小学新生的主观约束力和行为规范,并对其他学科的教学纪律有促进作用。72390
