Title Asymmetry Analysis and Processing of White light interference fringes
Abstract White light interferometry is an important and highly representative measurement technology of optical field, with the development of optical, white light interference technology is widely used in many research areas, such as film thickness measurement、the physical surface topography measurements, in where reflected many advantages:no damaging to the object to be measured、high efficiency、high precision and so on。 The symmetry judgment of white light interference pattern is of vital importance for the purposes of the validity of the measurement results。
This paper describes the principle of white light interferometry, analysis the causes of the asymmetry of interference pattern, using cyclic calculation method and the least square fitting method for interferogram gradation curve peak value extraction;by making the difference and correlation calculation method to determine the symmetry of grayscale; using the difference of zero optical path position and RGB channel offset value curve gradation symmetry for judging symmetry of color chart。 Giving the advantages and disadvantages of each method。 Get the actual figure’s determined grayscale error is 1。64%, error of the color image is 9。52%。
