以1,4一丁二醇为原料,将汽化后的1,4一丁二醇与作为载气的氢气一起进入反应器中,与脱氢催化剂接触,在一定温度和压力下催化脱氢得到γ一丁内酯等产物,气态产物经冷却后得到粗产品,粗产品经过精馏提纯分离得到产品。分离出的氢气经过简单净化可循环使用,多余氢气可回收或者直接放空。
