若要生产一件好的电镀产品,不仅取决于完善的电镀技术,同时还要严格 地根据电镀工艺流程运行。在电镀生产线上采用自动化控制不但可以提高企业 的生产效率和降低工人的劳动强度,还能够保障电镀产品的质量。而要想实现 自动化控制的关键就是对于行车进行自动化控制。在本篇设计中要实现行车的 前进后退以及吊钩的上升下降,要求不仅满足控制要求,定位也必须准确。在 其控制系统中我采用了 PLC 进行控制,它具有可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,编程 简单,功能完善等特点。我在这一篇设计论文中,着重描述了系统的硬件设计 和软件设计的内容,还绘出生产线的整体的流程图,I/O 口接线图、主电路图 以及电镀生产线 PLC 控制梯形图。我本次的设计可使整个的电镀生产线可以达 到较高自动化水平,从而增加产品的产量,也能够减少对于劳动力的投入成本。
