摘要矿井提升机一直在煤矿、有色金属矿、物料的提取和人身安全保证的基础上扮演着最重要的角色之一,它是地下与外界的通道,因此与人员的安全有着极为重要的联系,提升机的安全可靠性直接影响着工程的进展和工作人员的人身安全。传统的提升机由于技术和设备的局限性,调速性能较差,因此,在启动、加速、减速和停车控制等方面还存在很多安全问题,随着技术的发展,如何改进提升机系统的安全性成为了近年来的热门研究话题,通过现有的技术使提升机的调速更加方便,使其安全性能大大提高,使其发展达到一个新的高度,20世纪八十年代,我国提升机的发展达到了最热门的阶段,从最初使用国外的设备,到我国可以自主研发各种型号的提升机元件,再到我国研发的提升机技术开始走向世界,这一切的成就标志着我国对于提升机领域的重视和勇于创新钻研的精神。77341
传统的矿井提升机采用接触器和继电器来实现,具有低效率、不安全、不节能等缺点,在本设计中,主要采用PLC、变频器等先进技术改造传统的运行系统、电机传动系统、管理和控制系统,淘汰了落后的串电阻、直流电机传动系统。通过对电机、变频器和PLC的简单介绍和选型,制定了一套完整的控制方案,再通过PLC与变频器的连接和控制,可以自行调节提升机的速度,提高了矿井下工作的效率,从而实现了矿井提升机更安全、更高效的运行状态,还有更科学、更可靠的计算机管理。
