The novel Lolita describes a deformed love affair which can’t be allowed by common sense。 The leading man, Humbert was obsessed with Lolita, a twelve-year-old young girl。 In order to approach her, Humbert married with the girl’s mother against his will。 This mother, when she knew Humbert’s improper infatuation towards her daughter, she became very furious。 She died from a car accident while on her way to send letters。 After her death, Humbert became Lolita’s guardian。 He drove Lolita across the land of America。 Stayed in a large number of motels, he finally realized his“dream”。 Later, Lolita ran away with another man。 Humbert made tracks for her crazily, but ended up in vain。 Two years later, Humbert heard from Lolita, she asked him out。 While at this time, Lolita had become other man’s wife and was pregnant。 She refused Humbert’s request for living together again。 Humbert left painfully。 Afterwards, Humbert found the person who allured Lolita in the past and killed him。 Lolita died from dystocia。论文网
