摘要为了满足南通港不断增加的集装箱吞吐量的要求,解决港区内船舶待泊时间长、 货物流通慢的问题,改变港口发展滞后于腹地经济发展的现状,计划在南通港狼山港 区建设三期 2#集装箱码头。79097
码头设计吞吐量 20 万 TEU,选择 1 万吨级集装箱船。本次设计主要内容包括港 区的平面布置,装卸方案选定,码头结构设计和施工图绘制。分析南通当地地质条件, 综合考虑考虑受力情况,施工条件,施工成本等影响因素,最终决定采用高桩梁板式 码头结构方案。
平面布置主要是码头的陆域和水域布置,包括泊位数确定,港池和锚地面积,码 头前沿作业地带。结构设计主要是对面板、普通纵梁、轨道梁、横梁、桩帽、靠船构 件的计算。计算分为施工期,吊运期和使用期,荷载分析包括自重力,汽车荷载,装 卸机械荷载,系缆力,波浪力等。在各种荷载组合下,验算码头结构抗弯、抗剪承载 力和裂缝宽度。
最后绘出总平面布置图,码头断面图,立面图,防冲设备和系船柱的构造图,构 件配筋图。

Terminal design throughput of 200 thousand TEU, select 10 thousand ton container ship。The main content of this design includes the layout of the port area and the structure design of the wharf。 Analysis the local geological conditions in Nantong, the comprehends- ve consideration of the stress situation, construction conditions, construct ion costs and other factors, ultimately determined to use the high pile wharf structure。
The general layout including land and water pier plane layout。 Including the number of berths, harbor and anchorage area, wharf apron。 The calculation is pided into construction period, lifting period and use period,Structural design is mainly on the Pier Subjected to a variety of load calculations, including self gravity, car load, loading and unloading mechanical load, mooring force, wave force, etc。。 Under all kinds of loads, the bending, shear capacity and crack width of wharf structure are checked。
Finally, draw the general layout of the plan, the pier section map, elevation, anti impact equipment and the structure of the department of ship, the reinforcement chart。
