摘要现阶段旅行社业的总体规模不断扩大,但是大多数旅行社服务品牌意识不强,特别是从顾客满意作为出发点来建设服务品脾存在许多问题,因此建设基于顾客满意的服务品牌对于旅行社的竞争优势构建具有重要的意义。基于在国内外关于服务品牌、顾客满意和服务质量等相关文献进行阅读与综述的基础上,分析旅行社服务品牌建设现状及存在问题。针对顾客对服务质量的感知对服务品牌建设非常重要,因此对服务质量感知有显著影响的五种构成因素通过问卷调查进行实证分析,探讨旅行社如何进行服务品牌建设,并提出关于提升顾客满意度的旅行社服务品牌建设的一些建议。86899

Research of Travel Agencies’ Service Brand Construction Based on Customer Satisfaction
Abstract At this stage, the overall size of China's travel agencies had been expanding。 However, travel service quality and customer satisfaction were not improved。 Especially there are many problems in the construction of the service brand when the customer satisfaction as the starting point。 Therefore, it is meaningful to tourism agency that building the service brand based on customer satisfaction can improve competitiveness。 On the basis of reviewing and summarizing literature of service brand, customer satisfaction and service quality, this study analyzed the present situation and existing problems of service brand building by travel agency。 The perception of customer service quality is very important to the service brand building, so I made an empirical analysis of five key performance indicators which are affecting the service quality through questionnaire, and discussed how to explore brand building by travel agency。 In addition, the paper put forward the strategy of travel agency in order to enhance customer satisfaction。
