摘要价值工程（VE）是一种体系化的管理技术，同时也是一门经济与技术紧密结合的管理科学。随着我过社会主义市场经济的发展，施工项目成本控制方面存在的问题已经阻碍了施工企业的发展。因此，研究价值工程在工程项目成本中的控制对加强我国企业的竞争力具有重要意义。本文旨在通过在施工项目成本研究中运用价值工程的方法，使企业意识到使用系统化管理技术的重要性，提高成本控制水平。51500
本文以建筑工程成本控制理论为基础，加入价值工程的管理技术科学，介绍了价值工程在施工阶段成本控制的国内外现状，并针对当前我国出现的一些主要问题，综合运用文献研究、理论分析、案例研究等方法，针对如何在工程项目施工阶段使用价值工程控制成本进行了研究。本文所得出的结论是建筑施工企业应当完善成本控制体系、强调对项目目标的功能分析，找出不合理和过剩的功能,从而使成本得到有效的控制。总之，价值工程在建筑工程项目中的应用将具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract
Value Engineering (VE) is a systematic management technology, at the same time it is also an economic and technical cohesive management science. As I had the development of the socialist market economy, the problems of construction project cost control has been hampered by the development of construction enterprises. Therefore, the study of Value Engineering in project cost control is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in China. This article aims through the use of value engineering in the construction project cost study, enterprises realize the importance of the use of systematic management techniques to improve the level of cost control.
Based on the construction project cost control theory, adding value engineering management technology science, the value engineering cost control during the construction phase of the status quo at home and abroad, and some of the major problems of our country, the integrated use of literature, theoretical analysis, methods such as case studies on how to use value engineering in the construction phase of the project cost control. In this paper, the conclusions of construction enterprises should improve the cost control system, emphasizing the analysis to identify the function of the project objectives unreasonable and excess functional requirements and thus the effective control of costs. In a word, the application of value engineering will have a wide development prospect in construction project.
