摘要网络舆情的发生发展过程既是信息传播拓扑网络结构的宏观动态变化,也是网民个体 观点的微观交互传播]。网民是网络舆情的参与主体,网民的言论、情感和行为直接影响着 网络危机事件的发展和演化,根据认知行为理论,网民的言论、情感和行为是网民认知的 结果,因此对网络危机事件中网民认知行为的研究是十分重要的。75327
认知现象不仅包括个人头脑中所发生的认知活动,还涉及人与人之间,以及人、环境 和技术之间通过交互实现一系列活动的过程。发生于活动中的认知过程是个体与情境的整 合,其中认知量化研究显得至关重要。ACT-R(Adaptive Control of Thought-Rational)模型 是认知量化模型的典型代表,该理论是系统阐述人脑如何进行信息加工活动的以及信息处 理的,着重研究高级思维的控制过程。
本研究从网民认知角度出发,基于 ACT-R 认知模型,构建了网民认知模型,将网民所 处网络环境、网民行为选择过程等实际问题映射为 ACT-R 认知体系结构相应模块,研究网 民个体性格、舆情事件发展阶段、政府措施和总体情感倾向对网民认知的影响。在模型构 建的基础上,通过结合具体网络舆情事件进行仿真,验证模型的可靠性,并分析和解释了 影响网民认知过程的因素。通过仿真我们发现网民个体认知过程是网民个体性格、舆情事 件发展阶段、政府措施和总体情感倾向等因素相互作用、相辅相成的过程,外界因素对网 民认知起重要的引导作用。
本文的贡献在于研究网民认知的形成过程,解释影响网民认知行为的因素。一方面, 扩展了 ACT-R 理论的应用;另一方面,为监控和引导网民情感提供了理论支持和实践指导。

Title Research on group cognitive schema in the evolution of network public opinion based on ACT-R model
Abstract The occurrence and development of network public opinion is not only the macro dynamic change of information communication topology network structure, but also the micro interactive communication of inpidual Internet users。 Internet users is the main participants of network public opinion。 Users’ speech, emotion and behavior directly affects the development and evolution of the network crisis。 According to the theory of cognitive behavior, netizens’ comments, emotion and behavior is the result of users’ cognitive behavior。 Therefore, research on cognitive behavior of the users in the network is very important。
Cognitive phenomenon not only includes cognitive activities that occur in the inpidual mind, but also involves the process of interaction between people and the environment and technical tools。 The cognitive process that occurs in the activity is the integration of the
inpidual and the situation, and cognitive quantitative research is very important。 The ACT -
R model is representative of the cognitive quantitative model。 The theory makes a systematic exposition of how the human brain to process information, focusing on advanced thinking control process (Anderson, 2004)。
For better description of Internet users’ thinking, this research constructs the cognitive model of Internet users based on the ACT-R model combined with the specific network public opinion events。 It turns the network environment, the behavior of Internet users into the corresponding module of ACT-R cognitive architecture。 Then study the effects of users' inpidual character, development stage of public opinion events, the actions of the government and the general emotion tendency on netizen’s cognitive behavior。 This study analyzes and explains the factors that affect the cognitive process of Internet users。 The conclusion is that the inpidual personality, the development stage of public opinion, the government measures and the overall emotional tendency and other factors interact and complement each other, which plays an
