摘 要：随着手机移动终端的迅猛发展，网民上网使用的首选设备已然是智能手机。这样的变革给餐饮业的营销传播带来严峻考验。在餐饮市场的竞争中，有成效的营销策略是企业取得竞争胜利的保障。为此，友达面馆制定出容易切入并执行的微信营销策略并得以改善，对于友达的未来发展非常重要。本文第一部分阐述了研究背景、研究意义及研究方法，第二部分通过对相关研究文献的研究，以F2F理论和USP为理论基础，为微信营销提供理论指导。第三部分，以问卷调查的形式，对友达面馆微信营销现状进行了分析，第四部分和第五部分分别找出友达面馆微信营销存在的问题以及提出相应的解决对策。75778

Abstract：When the industry of mobile phone terminals grows so rapidly, people have already firstly chosen the mobile phone to surf the Internet。 Such a change to the marketing in the catering market has brought an ordeal。 An effective marketing strategy to a company has been a guarantee of achieving success in the competition of the catering market。 Therefore, it was important for the future development of AUO noodle to make an easy micro-message marketing strategy for itself to do。 The first part described the background, significance and methods of the research, and the second part was based on the theory of F2F and USP, and it provided theoretical guidance for the micro-message marketing。 The third part, I have analyzed the situation of AUO noodle’s micro-message marketing by making the questionnaire survey。 In the fourth part and the fifth part, I have raised some problems and proposed some solutions to the problems respectively about AUO noodle’s micro-message marketing。
