摘  要：企业员工工作与生活失衡现象普遍存在于我国企业，针对失衡问题，不同的人采取的调节方式也不一样，这一点在性别差异上表现突出。导致员工工作与生活失衡的原因也是多方面的，其中组织规模的变小，裁员的扩大直接导致了失衡；而工作与生活领域时间安排上的冲突以及负面情绪的连带影响，也使工作与生活的矛盾激化；公司平衡政策的缺乏更是加剧了工作与生活失衡程度。要想帮助员工让工作与生活重新回到平衡状态，首先社会需要重塑价值观，形成从社会到政府、企业、员工的“工作—生活平衡”共享理念；政府要设计并实施平衡政策帮助员工平衡工作与生活；企业要创造利于工作与生活平衡的工作环境，而员工本人更要学会平衡技巧，合理安排工作与生活。79210
