摘要:随着我国企业经营模式的多元化发展,对员工的责任也渐渐向合同化,法制化迈进。只有对本公司员工负责,尽可能满足员工对工作环境、薪酬福利、公平尊重等要求,员工的工作效率、创造能力才可能显现出来,才能逐步形成健康的劳动关系,构建良好的劳资合作基础,才能为企业可持续发展创造更多价值。本文从员工的角度出发,以马斯洛需求层次理论,社会系统理论等社会工作基本理论作为依托,通过文献研究法,观察法,问卷法等与笔者的切身感受相结合,在企业对员工责任履行现状和影响其的因素等方面做出调查分析并提出建议,希望达到改进企业承担员工责任现状的目的。79818
