摘要通过有效的职业生涯管理,一方面,员工可以找到自己的正确定位,降低职业发展道路上的迷茫感,提升员工的积极性、忠诚度和职业发展潜力,实现自我价值;另一方面,企业能更加合理地利用人力资源,保障企业的稳定性和持续成长,增强企业的核心竞争力,促进企业战略目标的实现。本文根据职业生涯相关理论为起点,以GM公司员工职业生涯管理为研究对象,对其进行了理论分析和情况调查,针对GM公司人力资源管理现状,剖析了GM公司在员工职业生涯管理方面存在的问题,进而提出了构建GM公司员工职业生涯管理体系的建议,以更好地促进员工的职业发展,保持GM公司的人才优势,实现企业与员工的共同发展。80173

Abstract The occupation career management, effective on the one hand, employees can find the correct positioning of their own, to reduce the occupation development path, confusion, improve employee enthusiasm, loyalty and occupation development potential, realization of self value; on the other hand, enterprises will become more reasonable use of human resources, and safeguard the stability and sustainable growth, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, encourage enterprises to achieve strategic objectives。 Therefore, in an increasingly competitive today, the discussion has important theoretical significance and practical significance of employee occupation career management。 Is the occupation career management through the occupation development to help employees, correctly guide the staff of scientific planning for their own occupation career, make the strategic goal of inpidual and corporation to achieve unity, employees and the common development of enterprises of the win-win purpose。 This paper from the occupation career related theory, to manage employee occupation career GM company as the research object, the theoretical analysis and the empirical study, in view of the present situation of human resource management in GM company, analyzed the GM company existing in employee occupation career management problems, and puts forward GM company employee occupation career management system is proposed, in order to promote employee's occupation development, keeping GM company's talent advantage, realize common development of enterprises and employees。
