摘要:柚子皮精油有独特的芳香,主要源于柚子皮中黄色部分的外皮中,精油不仅在柚子皮中所占含量少还难于提取。本实验使用蒸馏法,获得柚子皮精油,并研究采用最佳提取条件,使得在相同条件下柚子皮精油的提取率最高。同时采用气相和气质联用对精油进行了精油的成分测定,检测结果表明柚子皮精油中主要含有D-柠檬烯、β-月桂烯、吉马烯-D、圆柚酮、β-水芹烯等成分。对于获得的柚子皮精油产物,分别使用荧光法和分光光度法两种不同方法研究柚子皮精油含量对于自由基清除能力的影响,在荧光法中柚子皮精油相比同实验使用的Ve对自由基的清除能力相对较弱,此现象在分光法的DPPH检测中也有相应的体现,两种方法均表明柚子皮精油的抗氧化性能低于Ve。80559
