摘要学前教育作为基础教育的开端,是教育体系的重要组成部分。改革开放以来,我国的学 前教育事业得到长足发展,但仍旧处于各级各类教育的薄弱环节。对幼儿教师的职业承诺研 究成为当前教师教育研究的前沿课题,国内对于幼儿教师职业承诺的研究处于刚起步的阶 段,研究成果较少。已有的研究主要是横向研究,缺乏纵向比较,无法了解幼儿教师职业承 诺的发展规律。而学前教育专业准毕业生作为即将进入幼教行业的新鲜血液,对未来的学前 教育事业有着重要的影响。所以,对学前教育专业准毕业生的职业承诺研究,有着重要的实 践意义和研究价值。学前教育专业准毕业生与在职幼儿教师的职业承诺是否存在明显的差 异?其间有何发展规律?这正是本研究所要探讨的话题。88032
Abstract As the beginning of the basic education, pre-school education is an important part of the education system。 Since the reform and opening-up, China's pre-school education has been greatly developed, but still in the weak link of all levels of education。 Research on the career commitment of kindergarten teachers has become the front topic of teacher education research。 Domestic research on the career commitment of kindergarten teachers is at the beginning stage, and the research results are few。 The existing research is mainly horizontal research, lack of longitudinal comparison, can not understand the development of kindergarten teachers' career commitment。 And preschool education prospective undergraduate as soon into the fresh blood of preschool education industry, for the future development of the pre-school education has important influence。 Therefore, it is of great practical significance and research value to study the career commitment of pre graduates。 Whether there is an obvious difference between the career commitment of preschool education majors and kindergarten teachers? What is the development of the law? This is the topic of this research。
