摘 要 课堂,对于师生来说,是开展教学活动的场所,也是共同成长的田园。在教学中,教师必须开展课堂管理。有效的课堂管理能够保障课堂教学的顺利进行,也是提高教学质量的必备条件。随着新课程改革的不断推进,小学课堂管理的方式、方法、内容有所改变,教学、管理理念有所更新,这对于提高基础教育的质量来说有着很大的帮助。但与此同时,也出现了许多课堂管理问题。在这里,我们要用全新的理念研究课堂管理问题。90093
笔者采用了文献研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法和观察法等方式,了解到小学教师的课堂管理存在一些问题,主要从以下四个方面具体分析:教师课堂管理理念,课堂纪律,教师的关注度以及课堂教学。产生这些问题的原因有:传统文化的束缚;教师缺乏专业有效的课堂管理培训;部分教师的自我创新意识不强;教师的人格品质与个性特点;学生的需求不一。为了有效解决这些问题,笔者提出了以下几个方面的建议:教师要克服传统观念,将理论融入实践;提高制定课堂规则时的民主性;全面提升自身素质;营造良好的课堂环境;了解学生的心理需求,有针对性管理;教会学生自我管理;教育部门要提高专业师资培训的质量。
本论文的内容,对于提高小学教师的课堂管理水平,保证基础教育的质量,促进新课程改革的顺利进行具有实际意义。

Abstract Class, for both students and teachers, is not not only a place for teaching activity, but also a field for both to get progressed。 In the progress of teaching, teachers must conduct classroom management。 Effective classroom management can guarantee the smooth progress of classroom teaching。 Meanwhile, Effective classroom management is a necessity to improve the quality of teaching。 With the development of the new curriculum reforming, the teaching methodologies and content for primary school classroom management are changing and teaching and management philosophy are updating, which for improving the quality of basic education is of great help。 At the same time, there springing out numerous problems of classroom management。 Here, we need to adopt a new concept study classroom management on this issue。
The author uses the methods of literature research, questionnaire, interview and observation, etc。 to obtain some problems of primary school classroom management。 And analyses mainly from the following four aspects: classroom management ideas, classroom discipline, teachers' attention degree and classroom teaching method。 The reasons for these problems are: for the shackles of traditional culture, teachers lack professional and effective classroom management training; Some teachers' self-innovation consciousness is not strong; teachers' personality quality and personality characteristics; different students' needs。 In order to effectively solve these problems, the author makes recommendations in the following aspects。 First, teachers must get rid of the traditional concept and merge theory into practice。 Second, teachers should develop democratic rules in the classroom。 Third, teachers should comprehensively improve their own teaching skills。 Forth, teachers need to create a good classroom environment。 Fifth, teachers must understand the students' psychological needs and make targeted management。 Sixth, teachers need to teach students self-management; Last but not least, professional education sector must raise the level of teacher training。
The contents of this paper have practical significance for raising the level of primary school teacher classroom management, ensuring the quality of basic education and promote the smooth progress of the new curriculum reform。
