摘要
本研究采用问卷调查法对杭州市培智学校教师课堂教学效能感现状进行调查研究。调查发现:培智学校教师教学效能感总体水平和课堂教学效能感水平较高,培智学校教师的课堂教学效能感在教龄,第一学历专业,职称以及工资收入方面存在差异,在性别、年龄、学历和任教班级数量上不存在差异。因此建议培智学校能够维持并提高教师课堂教学效能感水平,开展多种类型的课外活动,建立发展性培智学校教师评价机制;教育管理部门应加强对教师的社会支持,高等师范院校应加大特殊教育专业师范生的培养力度。85226

Abstract
This research used the questionnaire, to investigate the current situation the school of the teachers' classroom teaching efficacy in the school of Mental Retardation of。 Hangzhou。 The survey found: mental retardation school's teachers teaching efficacy overall level is higher,mental retardation school's teachers' classroom teaching efficacy level is higher, school teachers' classroom teaching efficacy sense in seniority, the first professional qualifications, titles and wage income have differences, school teachers' classroom teaching efficacy sense in gender, age, education and the number of classes to teach have no differences。Therefore, it is suggested to continue keeping and improving the school of the teachers' classroom teaching efficacy in the school of mental retardation of Hangzhou,carry out a variety of types of extracurricular activities,build up a sort of developing teacher evaluation system,consummates drives the mechanism; Education management departments should strengthen the social support for teachers, Higher Normal College should increase efforts to train Special Education Teachers Students。
