摘 要本研究选取了100位在校师范生以及杭州市小学中的42位新教师、36位老教师、151位学生家长进行关于新教师家校沟通现状的调查,并对个别新教师、老教师、家长进行访谈。结果表明新教师家校沟通的现状如下:①十分重视家校沟通工作,提倡平等合作的家校关系。②进行家校沟通的目的多样化,内容广泛。○3家校沟通总体频率不高,单独沟通少,非班主任的新教师沟通更少,且常用服务于群体沟通的媒介。○4大部分在家校沟通中觉得紧张、有困难,遇到困难时倾向于马上解决。○5能够全方面看待自己,认为自己的家校沟通工作需要指导。○6大部分家长认为新教师不如老教师,但对其的家校沟通工作还是比较满意。根据以上研究结果,本文对新教师、家长和学校分别提出了相应的建议,以期促进新教师家校沟通工作能力的提高。90470
Abstract
This research selected 100 normal college students and 42 new teachers,36 old teachers,151 students parents of Hangzhou’s primary school about the present situation of new teacher’s family-school communication。At the same time,we made the inpidual interview of some new teachers,old teachers, and parents.Results show that the new teacher family-school communication present situation is as follows:○1New teachers attach great importance to the communication work,and they advocate the equal cooperation of family-school relationship。○2 The purpose of home school communication is persified,and the content is extensive。○3The frequency of new teacher’s family-school communication is not high;the inpidual communication is not very often,and the teachers who are not in charge the class made less,which commonly among the service of group communication medium。○4Most new teachers feel nervous and they often find difficulties in the communications and tend to solve them immediately。○5 Having comprehensive view of their own advantages and disadvantages,they think their family-school communication work needs guidance。○6Most parents think the new teacher is not as good as the old teachers,but they are satisfied with the new teachers’ work of family-school communication。Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for new teachers,parents and schools, hoping to promote the ability of the new teachers' family-school communication.
